About me and my practice
I believe in a collaborative approach which helps to build a strong rapport and theraputic relationship.
I feel this works best to ensure the client gets what they feel they may need from their therapy and helps to establish and manage expectations, whether this is in short or long term therapy.
I will offer a safe, non judgmental impartial space where I can help you to process what is currently going on for you and look at alternative ways to deal with things and perhaps make positive shifts and changes in your life.
Experience
I have worked in many areas of counselling from end of life theraputic support in hospices to supporting children and young adults in primary and secondary schools across Kent.
my clients have ranged from 4 years old to 90 years old.
In more recent years and to current date I work for South East London Suicide Bereavement Service.
Qualifications
Dip L4 integrative counselling.

Initial Consultation
I always encourage a initial telephone consultation where we can begin to establish theraputic alliance an d rapport. Thi salso helps me to find out a little about your hopes and expectations of therapy, this conversation would be up to around 15 minutes and would be free.
Fees
£50 per session with concessionary rates on a case by case consideration
When I Work
I can offer Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Friday daytime appointments and some sporadic afternoon appointments.
